Afternoon
Arrive and check in Group shuttle from Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona. Pickup Thursday, Nov 5 at 5 PM. Miss it and you get yourself to the ranch. Included in your resort fee. Coming on your own? Book with the hotel, rent a car, or fly into Tucson, about 40 minutes away. Drop your bags in your casita. The night starts when you do.
Evening
Connect, then a jam Chill on purpose. This night is for everyone to connect. Dinner at the ranch, covered by your resort fee. We close the night with a jam session and karaoke.

The cost

We're not profiting from this. We'll likely be under. The goal is the best experience possible.

A good weekend budget $1,500 to $2,000 per person
Lodging and the resort fee are the core. Horseback riding, spa, golf, and the other a la carte picks are why you'd land toward $2,000. Flights are on you.

The resort fee is charged when you book. Through Sept 15: $500. Through Oct 15: $750. After that: $1,000.

  • King casita. One big bed, all yours, about $1,000 for the three nights.
  • Queen casita, 2 beds. Same price, easier to split. Share it and you each pay about $500.
  • You book your room directly with the resort. The resort fee is charged when you book, at the rate in effect that day.

  • Spa. Treatments at the resort, you book what you want.
  • Horseback riding. About $150. The horses come to the ranch, 9 to 11 AM. 5 spots.
  • Golf. $130 plus tax for 18 holes. Cart and range balls included.
  • Optional. These are why $2,000 is a comfortable number, not a required one.

Getting there

Make the group shuttle and transportation is covered by your resort fee.

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), then get yourself to Scottsdale. The shuttle does the desert driving, you do the talking. Pickup is Thursday, Nov 5 at 5 PM at Hotel Valley Ho. Miss it and you get yourself to the ranch.

Tucson to Scottsdale Bus leaves 11 AM. Dropoff at Hotel Valley Ho, 6850 E Main St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Miss it and you arrange your own ride back. Plan flights out of PHX for the evening or stay a night in Scottsdale.

Flying into Tucson (TUS) instead? The resort is only 40 minutes from TUS, but the group shuttle runs out of Scottsdale only, so you'd grab your own ride down.

Requesting an invite in August costs you nothing. Rooms are limited, so the earlier you reach out, the easier everything after it gets.
