Afternoon
Arrive & check in Group shuttle from PHX Airport and Scottsdale Hotel Valley Ho. One fixed pickup. Miss it and you get yourself to the ranch. Included in your resort fee. Coming on your own? Book with the hotel, rent a car, or fly into Tucson, about 40 minutes away. Drop your bags in your casita. The retreat starts when you do.

Opening dinner buffet Covered by your resort fee. Casual is the theme. Your first chance to get to know everyone.

The cost

We're not profiting from this. We'll likely be under. The goal is the best experience possible.

A good weekend budget $1,500 to $2,000 per person
Lodging and the resort fee are the core. Horseback riding, spa, golf, and the other a la carte picks are why you'd land toward $2,000. Flights are on you.

The resort fee is charged when you book. Through Sept 14: $500. Through Oct 15: $750. After that: $1,000.

  • King casita. One big bed, all yours, about $1,000 for the three nights.
  • Queen casita, 2 beds. Same price, easier to split. Share it and you each pay about $500.
  • You book your room directly with the resort. The resort fee is charged when you book, at the rate in effect that day.

Getting there

Make the group shuttle and transportation is covered by your resort fee.

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). The shuttle does the desert driving, you do the talking. Pickup is one fixed time. Miss it and you get yourself to the ranch.

Flying into Tucson (TUS) instead? The resort is only 40 minutes from TUS, but the group shuttle runs out of Phoenix and Scottsdale only, so you'd grab your own ride down.

Requesting an invite in August costs you nothing. Rooms are limited, so the earlier you reach out, the easier everything after it gets.

Kickoff calls We get everyone on a call, settle what each person is championing, and align on how to make it the best weekend possible.
