Make the group shuttle and transportation is covered by your resort fee.
Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). The shuttle does the desert driving, you do the talking.

N.01$500 resort fee through Sept 14. Then $750 from Sept 15 to Oct 15, then $1,000 after Oct 15. Every meal from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast, the private rooms, and group transport. The rate follows when you book.
